Our Business Page FAQ

To join our network of small businesses who want to promote themselves by having a presence on the web, you must be classed as a small business or sole trader. (We reserve the right to refuse businesses please see our Terms and Conditions for a list of businesses that my be refused).

A Sub Domain is a unique address within an existing domain name. This means although they are part of our domain (our business network) and can be found via our search option. They can also be found independently to the main domain, via a search on the internet by search engines.

There are no hidden charges. Payment includes the building and hosting of your webpage. The only extra charges would be if you require information updating on the page, for example if your business changes address. Updating the page will be charged at a very reasonable rate (£30 minimum charge). Also personal email boxes (see FAQ 3)

No, Our Business Page is limited to a single webpage only and an enquiry form with spam protection. If you require additional pages why not consider a full website designed by Fuzion Designz to suit your budget. We also offer full hosting packages.

That depends on how long it takes you to send us all information required, once we have all the information and images it will take approximately 14 days. That includes the time taken to send you a copy for your approval, once we receive your approval your site will be added to your business named sub domain. (if you have chosen to add additional pages to your package, have custom graphics designed or use our photography services it will take longer)

When you supply us with all text information and images needed for your webpage, you will be required to pay half of the initial quotation. Once we have received, this work on your webpage will commence. Your finished webpage package will be added to our network and the internet when payment has been received in full. Any images taken by our photographers will have to be paid at time of images being taken.

As soon as your web page is built and online, we will start helping the search engines to find your site. This we do in a natural way as sites that are spammed into search engines are more likely to take longer and sometimes ignored. Each search engine works differently, so the time it takes for them to add your page within their searches will vary. The average time for a web page or site to be found is about a month
